Remind Me Tomorrow is an online POV performance where the protagonist curates and constructs an identity from found, manipulated, and original content. All of this is drawn from environments that they inhabit in real time. The work manifests on three social platforms where different but interrelated content is produced and posted for a fortnight. It’s an attempt to capture and define ‘The Self in The Now’; an idea that, paradoxically, appears always to refer to the past and defer to the future, but is never present. The work toys with the sleight of hand of crafting and performing self, and social identity from the dominant and domineering visual languages that saturate the spaces we inhabit.

Counter proposal: “I’ve got some shit to say just for the fuck of it… Don’t even ask me.”
